Tai Chi is a 'soft style' Chinese martial art. Its' slow, repetitive movements open internal circulation and improve strength, agility and balance. Through this moving meditation, one learns both coordination and relaxation. The 108 forms move every muscle of the body through a complete, natural range of motion. Over time, see reduction of stress and an increase of natural energy.
